Ilja Stucken

Ilja joined our team in May 2023, marking a new chapter in his impressive 25-year journey in IT leadership. His experience spans the full spectrum of the field, from spearheading strategic cloud and data initiatives to safeguarding businesses against cyber threats and executing large-scale IT infrastructure transformation projects across a variety of industries and continents.

 

Before joining us, Ilja served as the interim CEO for BinaryCore, a corporate venture, specialized in providing cloud and software consulting services. Prior to that, he was a managing partner at Zielpuls, a technology consulting firm where he successfully established the digital strategy consulting business. His leadership has been instrumental in building and guiding numerous IT service delivery organizations, ensuring the provision of high availability services 24x7, adeptly steering them through rapid and significant changes.

 

Iljas' international experience is underscored by a three-year tenure in Malaysia, where he built a global service delivery team spanning five countries and played a key role in establishing a new country organization.

 

Academically, Ilja holds an Executive MBA in Innovation & Business Creation and a MSc in Physics. His academic pursuits have seen him writing software to analyze big data of neutrino events and studying the enablers for peer-to-peer business models and platforms.

 

As a mentor and trainer, Ilja has guided dozens of colleagues, providing transformational leadership training for newly appointed leaders and value negotiations training.

 

Other facts: Outside of work, Ilja is a dedicated walker, covering an average of 10 km per day with his Siberian Husky or while commuting. This time allows him to consume audio content, make plans, and conduct phone calls.
