Nadia Weyher

Nadia joined +RASMUSSEN as a Junior Consultant in November 2022. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, where she gained her first experience in projects as a General Manager of the Campus for Supply Chain Management initiative. During this time, Nadia was also able to gain first insights and experience in several internships, where she worked in marketing, sales and distribution, research development and consulting. She discovered her passion for management consulting and already assisted in several change management and leadership development projects. In her bachelor thesis, Nadia investigated the dark sides of leadership related to one's well-being and family dynamics.

Other facts: Nadia loves to travel and to gain new experience. She enjoys spending her free time in nature or doing sports.
