About Me
Nora joined +RASMUSSEN as a working student in April 2022. She is currently studying for a Master's degree in Business Psychology at the University of Bremen. Prior to her master's degree, Nora completed an apprenticeship at a large media company in Bremen, where she then worked in the finance department. After her apprenticeship, she did her bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on organizational psychology. In her bachelor's thesis, she examined the role of the work environment and the 16 basic desires according to Steven Reiss in employee motivation.
