Florian Caspers

Florian’s purpose is to help others to discover and realize their potential and find their own strength. Utilizing concepts of positive psychology, Florian helps his clients to find their own flow and embrace change. Having worked internationally in various functions in a large corporation for five years and working as a consultant for over three years, Florian can translate and apply these concepts in a business context.​

In his time at Daimler AG (now Mercedes-Benz Group AG) Florian was responsible for designing and implementing a new leadership development approach for 20,000+ leaders worldwide - plus corresponding IT systems and processes as well as accompanying trainings and communication. He later steered a big transformation project as staff of the Board of Management member for Integrity and Legal Affairs.​

In his work as a consultant, Florian designs and implements change management strategies, transformation architectures, co-creative team workshops and leadership trainings (e.g., feedback, resilience, hybrid working and leadership). He worked with clients across a wide range of industries such as banking, robotics, luxury interior design, transport and logistics industry.  

 

Other facts: Florian loves to bake and cook in his free time – his specialty is his New York cheesecake or his chocolate chip cookies. Other than that, he loves hiking in the forest and learning more about psychology.
