Designing Your Work Life In-Person & Virtual Team Workshops
why bring dywl to your workplace?
There has never been a more compelling need for new work life design than now!
The global pandemic has changed everything – the way we work, learn, celebrate, workout, care for families and play. And it has emphasized areas where we have strengths, pointed out very clearly where we need to remove barriers, has shown us possibility for growth while also mirroring where we face risks if we do not adapt to new challenges.
Employees at every level struggle with blurred boundaries, isolation and burnout. Many feel stuck, unable to progress in their jobs and careers, questioning if what they are currently doing is really what they would like to pursue in the future.
We believe the new normal will continue to evolve, and we must design ways to thrive and grow in this world of turbulent change.

designing your life is your personal design process to create a well-designed life
A well-designed life is a rich portfolio of experiences, adventures, and failures that teach us important lessons; that result in hardships that make us stronger, that help us know ourselves better; it's a life of achievements and satisfaction.
And how do you get there? In their hugely successful course, Designing Your Life, Bill Burnett and Dave Evans, the Silicon Valley innovators and Stanford University design educators have helped thousands change the way they design their lives and careers.
They believe that in order to change, people need a process - a design process - to help them figure out what they want and how to create it. Based on their experience they have developed the Life Design© method and have shared a lot of their knowledge in the New York Times bestseller Designing Your Life, How to Build a Well-Lived, Joyful Life.

designing your life & career
designers don't think their way forward, designers build their way forward.
Designing Your Life Workshops show you how to build a future brick by brick, how to approach your own life design challenges with the same kind of curiosity that resulted in the creation of the lightbulbs, the printing press, and the Internet, and it gives you the tools and shows you a certain "mind-set" and how to use them to practice life design in your life and career.
corporate
New organization forms ask for more self-management and higher purpose. By offering Designing Your Life Workshops, companies are changing their employee experience to:
- Increase Engagement: Surveys show that life design can increase employee empowerment and ownership for their career and engagement at work.
- Promote Innovative Career Development: Give employees helpful tools and a design thinking process to design their careers for greater energy and fulfillment, as well as tools to talk with their managers about their goals. Designing Your Life can be an accelerator for internal mobility.
- Increase Employee Wellness & Balance: Promote tools for employees to improve balance, job fit and flourishing.
- Innovative problem-solving mindset: Designing Your Life Workshops empower employees to apply an innovative problem-solving mindset not only to their own career and life, but also to any other kind of challenge in their every-day business experience
individuals

- Are you looking for a job that you really like or maybe even love?
