Tasks
✚ Taking responsibilty in strategic consulting and transformation projects regarding organizational development of our customers into agile, modern companies & institutions
✚ Creation, preparation, implementation and moderation of executive leadership trainings.
✚ Scrum Master role in customer projects.
✚ Business development and customer acquisition.
You can and should coordinate your tasks by showing us where your passion is and how we can use this together in our collaboration.
Requirements
✚ You are proven in and perhaps tired of the hierarchical systems of a larger consultancy and want to work in a smaller exquisite agile consulting firm without hiearchies .
✚ You are an experienced professional with passion for management consulting and trainings.
✚ You already are certified Scrum Master or willing to become one and work in customer projects.
✚ You already have experiences with the SAFe construct and at best as a release train engineer.
✚ You are enthusiastic about agile working methods and leadership development.
✚ You are comfortable with delivering workshops, training programs, negotiations with the C-Suite of DAX30, Fortune 500’s as well as smaller and medium sized companies.
✚ You enjoy translating complex and innovative ideas into pragmatic solutions
✚ You have first-class analytical skills.
✚ You have excellent project management and presentation/communications skills.
✚ You love working in an international and interdisciplinary teams.
✚ You are fluent in German and English and have willingness to travel.
