As an HR consultant and team lead for Engagement Consulting at Hewitt Associates (Aon Hewitt) in Germany, Dorle had client impact in high level strategic projects and tool responsibility for complex global projects in the area of HR strategy, talent management, engagement, leadership culture and employer branding.
She worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including but not limited to Financial Services, IT, retail and optical and opto-electronic industries. Much of her focus was on building, expanding and managing relationships with clients at senior management level.
Prior to joining Hewitt, Dorle was a freelancing consultant in the area of personnel selection- and development, has assisted trainings in intercultural communication and cooperation and has gained experience in the area of Marketing/Communication, in particular with the Middle East.
Throughout her professional career, she has complemented her professional profile by further coaching trainings and has accompanied her clients individually and in groups in phases of personal and professional change, development and crisis.
Dorle holds a B.A. in Psychology, a M.A. in Psychology of Excellence in Business and Education as well as a Master in Systemic Counselling.
