About Me
Mareen has been working as a Junior Consultant at +Rasmussen in Bremen since September 2024. After completing her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Münster, she gained 3.5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, both at a consulting firm and at Dr. Oetker. Her passion for supporting and encouraging people led her to focus more on the personal development of her fellow human beings. That is why Mareen has been studying for a Master's degree in Business Psychology at the University of Bremen since 2023. In 2025 she received her certificate for systemic coaching according to the criteria of the EASC Association. Her international experience includes stays in Australia and Belgium.
Other Facts: Mareen loves inspiring others with her optimism, believing in positive change and empowering those around her to find creative solutions. In her free time, she can often be found playing basketball in the gym. She recharges her batteries with walks, stimulating conversations with friends or a slice of cake in a café.
