Paula Schulz

Paula joined +Rasmussen in October 2022 as a Junior Consultant. She is currently studying for a Master's degree in psychology at LMU in Munich, where she specialised in business, organisational and social psychology. This course focuses on research methods and projects as well as consulting projects regarding for example leadership topics. During her bachelor studies in psychology, Paula was particularly enthusiastic about lifelong learning, that inspired her to work in learning and development (especially leadership development) in a German bank. Furthermore she gained experience in an agile medium-sized consulting firm specialised in adult education. In her bachelor thesis, she analysed the correlations of stress and burnout in combination with the effects of a self-compassion training.

Other facts: In her free time, Paula enjoys every sort of sports - mostly gym and dancing-, loves baking and cooking, and likes finding the best restaurants and bars in town.
