Benedikt is an experienced consultant, trainer, and coach supporting organizations and executives in developing effective leadership practices, building high-performing cultures, and successfully navigating organizational change.​
Prior to +RASMUSSEN, Benedikt worked at Munich Leadership Group, a boutique advisory specializing in leadership and transformation. His work focused on the strategic design and implementation of leadership development programs, as well as coaching executives on topics such as self-leadership, communication, conflict management, and emotional regulation.

Benedikt has partnered with clients across a range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, financial services, technology, and manufacturing. His project experience spans organizations such as Isar Aerospace, BMW, Munich Re, Reply, and Freudenberg, giving him a broad perspective on the leadership challenges faced in both established corporations and high-growth environments.

Benedikt combines evidence-based insights from leadership and motivation research with hands-on coaching experience to develop pragmatic solutions for business practice. His academic background, including a Bachelor's degree and two Master's degrees with high distinction, is complemented by certifications in coaching. Having lived, studied, and worked across China, India, Australia, Portugal, and the United Kingdom, he brings a genuinely international perspective to his work with leaders and organizations.
