Vivian Swoboda

Vivian joined +Rasmussen in March 2023 as a Junior Consultant and started as a Consultant in October 2023. She studied psychology (M.Sc) at the LMU in Munich, specializing in business, organizational and social psychology. Here, she was involved in organizational psychology practice and research projects on topics, such as personal development and team collaborations. Vivian brings in her expertise as a psychologist, systemic consultant and coach.  Before diving deeper into consulting, Vivian worked in the area of human resources for companies in different business sectors. Her passion to see people grow motivated her to dive deeper into Learning & Development. She accompanied several People Development initiatives while working in the L&D team of a start-up and a consulting firm.

Other facts: Vivian’s passion is doing gymnastics. In her free time, you can either find her in the gym or chasing the best coffee in town.
